415 Franklin is a 65,000 square foot building located in the South East side of Grand Rapids, MI. It has been occupied by many organizations for over a century – it served as Calvin’s Theological Seminary in the late 1800’s, Grand Rapids Christian High through much of the 1900’s, and Kent County’s Department of Social Services until 2009. The building was acquired by a local developer in 2009 and remained vacant for many years. After hearing about Madison Church’s vision to utilize part of the space for their ministry, the building was gifted to Madison Church and entrusting them organize a coalition to revitalize the property and restore some of its Christian roots.

Madison Church has partnered with the Inner City Christian Federation and the Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative to provide affordable housing and an early childhood learning center. The building will have a multi-purpose functionality with church, home, and school. This is a very large project that requires a lot of resources and helping hands.

We have worked closely with Madison Church to provide photography and print materials that casts their vision for the space and encourages others to get involved.
